Citibank: Investment in the ASE with capital guarantee.

Athens, March 27, 2007.

The new FTSE ASE 20 II Index Notes in EUR and USD have the advantage of combining an investment in the potential increase of the most important Greek equities, with 100% capital guarantee at maturity, after their 2-year tenor. More specifically, the Index Notes’ payout is linked to the performance of the equity index FTSE ASE 20, which includes some of the most important equities with high liquidity in the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE). The minimum investment amount is 2,000 EUR or USD and Deutsche Bank AG is the issuer, who secures the 100% capital guarantee.

The new FTSE ASE 20 ΙΙ Index Notes are addressed to those who wish to invest in important Greek shares, while preserving their initial capital. At the same time, those who will chose to invest in it, understand and believe in the long term potential of the Greek Economy, as this is portrayed through the attractive growth rates of GDP (>4%), which is higher than the Eurozone average (2.3%), but also through the reduction in the budget deficit below 3%. These facts, according to analysts, are expected to influence equity markets within the next 2 years (Source: Deutsche Bank).

The potential returns on the FTSE ASE 20 Index Notes depends on the increase in value of the FTSE ASE 20 Index between the Strike and the Final Valuation Dates. If the Index's Final Valuation Price is lower than or the same as at the Strike Date, then the investor will receive his full initial capital at maturity.

The new FTSE ASE 20 II Index Notes will be available through Citibank branches until 29th March.
